About Us

Dear visitors,

welcome to the most "green" guesthouse in Arcadia and one of the few energy class A in Greece.

Guesthouse Gortis opened its doors in August 2011, in an old family mansion of 1900’s, in the heart of Elliniko Village.

The two buildings, the main house and the old stables were renovated exemplary, with love and respect to their traditional identity, and transformed in a boutique guest house for all seasons.

Surrounded by a landscaped anxiolytic garden, with a backdrop of mountain slopes and within walking distance from the gorge of Lucius and other villages-area attractions, offers the ideal base to explore the delights of Gortynia and Arcadia.

Behind the stone walls, the dark wooden shutters and the tiled roofs, we have created a unique acoomodation option that exudes elegance and authentic village atmosphere and has made provision for all needs and desires.

With hospitality as our guide, we welcome you to live your dream holiday with us.

ROOMS

Staying in the Gortys Guesthouse combines nostalgia fragrance with modern facilities and quality services. The two stone buildings include 8 atmospheric rooms and a suite where wood dominates at floor, ceiling and furniture. The rooms are double rooms with king size or twin beds, which could be converted to connecting, while the imposing two-room suite has fireplace, dining room, and library in the living room.

Simple design and clean, plain lines in shades of white to highlight the minimal aesthetic of decoration, elegant accents and earth tones in fabrics, feather duvets and mattresses with Simmons signature create a sense of intimacy and serenity.

All rooms are located on the first floor and the ground floor of the main building and have a corresponding private balcony or direct access to the garden. The suite which is housed in the old stables building, also offers private garden terrace.

The room cleaning service is daily.
